Standards

Mediator Standards

Mediators in the North Carolina Disaster Mediation Program are required to meet stringent standards set forth by North Carolina General Statutes §58-44-70 through §58-44-120. They must also be certified by the Dispute Resolution Commission under G.S. 7A-38.2, upholding professionalism and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
